Account and Profile

Instructions on signing up, including required information and email verification.

To create an account, click on the "login" button on the top right of every page.
Click on "create an account" on the login page.
Fill in your details and click on "Create account".
To edit your profile, click on your name on the top right of the page after logging in.
Click on account settings.
Edit your profile information as needed.

Click on your name on the top right of the page after logging in.
Click on account settings.
Click on "Reset your password".

Click on your name on the top right of the page after logging in.
Click on account settings.
Update your email.
Click on "Reset your password".

Certificate & Download

Upon successful course completion, your certificate will be automatically generated.
On your dashboard, click on "Completed".
Your certificate will be available on the bottom of the completed course card.

The name on the certificate will be the name on the account at the time of course completion. Once the certificate is generated, the name on the certificate cannot be changed. To change your name before course completion, Click on your name on the top right of the page after logging in.
Click on account settings.
Update your name.

For all courses, a minimum score as specified in each course in the assessment is mandatory for the successful completion and certificate generation.

Learner

This feature is available only if the course notes has been enabled by the author.
If available, highlight any text on the course unit pages.
A pen icon will appear on the highlighted text, click on it.
You can then add your notes to this page, highlight the text and save it.
The notes can be reviewed on the Notes tab under each course.

Lectures are automatically marked as completed once you have seen every content and answered every question.

This feature is available only if the course discussion forums have been enabled by the author.
If available, a discussion tab will appear under the course.
In the discussion tab, you can raise a new question or add on to an existing topic.

If the course author has enabled transcripts, this will be automatically shown in the right side of every video.
When viewing a video, click on the subtitle button in the bottom right.

Click on Course Handouts on the right side of the course dashboard.
Click on the file to be downloaded.

Learners can search for the name of the course via the search bar on the navigation bar.

The courses are delivered completely ONLINE and hence there are no practical sessions. However, we do provide interactive sessions with the course directors to address learner queries. The date and time of the one-on-one session will be notified to enrolled users via email. Enrolled users will also be notified of any future events with event details and charges if applicable.

Payment/Enroll To Course

Credit & debit cards can be used for the payment.
Google Pay, Paypal is available in certain regions.

Net-banking/direct transfer payment option is currently not supported.

Try to use a different payment option or a different card.
Generally, credit card payments are easier than debit card payments.
Check the available limit on the credit card / debit card.
Check with your bank or card issuer if there are no blockages on the card. In some countries, international payments could be disabled by default. Please check the online banking app/online bank web-page or contact the bank or card issuer to enable international payments and increase the limit.

The order & payment is conducted by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”).

The local tax number (e.g. VAT, GST, etc.) can be used along with a company name if applicable on the form available on the payment page.

Mindlogicx does not refund the payment once the course enrolment & payment has been completed.

If you are availing any loan facility with our funding partner *, you will be entitled to the EMI option.
Alternatively, you may check with your credit card company for financing.
*Loans are subject to the credit appraisal by the financing company
